Q. Why do I need a license key?
Each of our Premium themes and products comes with a unique software license key. As specified on this page, this key is needed mainly to receive software upgrades and support. It is also intended to prevent unauthorized software copies from abusing our upgrade & support systems.
Please note that no feature in any of our products will be blocked/affected if you do not activate the license key.
Q. Where do I find my licence key(s)?
You can find all your license keys in the “my-accounts” section of rtmedia.io – https://rtmedia.io/my-account/. You will be required to login as this section is only accessible to registered users.
You username and password will be the same as the one you used while purchasing the addon. If you do not remember your password, you can initiate a password reset procedure.
We also email you a copy of your license keys with your product purchase receipts.
Q. What if I don’t remember which email address I used during purchase?
We suggest you start by checking your regular email inboxes for our product purchase receipt. You can do so by specifically searching for order-related emails from rtcamp.com or rtmedia.io. You could also search for transaction emails generated by your Debit/Credit card company.
Once you find any purchase related information- like transaction IDs, license keys or purchase receipts- please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any of these details. This will help us locate your purchase details from our database.

Q. What if I don’t activate my license?
You will see no change in the functionality, appearance or capability of your product. As specified on this page, this key is needed mainly to receive software upgrades and support. It is also intended to prevent unauthorized software copies from abusing our upgrade & support systems.
This being said, we always recommend keeping your license keys activated when possible to make the most out of our products via upgrades.

Q. How do I manually update my plugins?
You can download any of the plugins or their updated version from the “my-accounts” section of rtmedia.io – https://rtmedia.io/my-account/. Once downloaded, you can update your plugins manually like another WordPress plugin.

Q. I have a development environment. Do I need to buy another license?
Absolutely not. Feel free to use our products on as many developments and staging sites as you need. You can safely ignore any license key notifications on these development websites.
You will see no change in the functionality, appearance or capability of your product without an active license key.
Note that since your development websites don’t have active license keys, you will have to manually update any addons installed. You can download the latest version of any purchased plugin from the “my-accounts” section of rtmedia.io – https://rtmedia.io/my-account/.
TL;DR: Install our plugins on as many sites as you wish. Activate your license key only on your live site.
Q. What if I want to change my website’s domain name after Activating my license key?
You can easily migrate your license key to your new domain name by following these steps:
Go to your website’s WordPress dashboard and navigate to
rtMedia > Licenses and click on the “Deactivate License” button of the addon:
Next, go to the rtMedia.io “my-account” section and click on “View Licenses” of the addon, under the Purchase History tab:
Click on “Manage Sites“:
Click on the “Deactivate license” link in front of the addon you want to migrate:
Finally, enter your new domain name and click on “Add Site“:
That’s it! You should now be able to see your new domain name under the Site URL column in the table:
Q. My license key doesn’t seem to get saved when I click on “Activate License”
Try deleting the addon and re-installing it. If this doesn’t work, you might have a plugin that is interfering with the license activation process. Security plugins have been known to block activation requests and replies to and from other servers.
Q. Can I apply for a refund for a renewal?
We only offer refunds when purchasing a new license for any of our products. It does not apply during renewals.
Each of our products are developed with the industry-standard best practices so that they fit into your current setup without any friction. If however, you are not happy with any aspect of our products, we offer a 30-day period where you can apply for a “No questions Asked” refund.
Q. How to auto renew the license every year?
Now, you don’t need to worry about the manual renew for the license every year. The recurring subscription will take care of the license renewal when meeting the expiry date.
You will receive an email before the renewal of license. Just in case you don’t want to get it renew automatic, you can cancel the subscription from my account page.
Q. Can I change my credit card details or Cancel the subscription?
Yes, you can change your card details or cancel your subscription at any time for from your account page. Please refer to the following image-
