Can I purchase the Add-ons individually?

We have discontinued add-on plugins being sold individually. This means we currently have only two versions, the free rtMedia Core version and then the rtMedia Premium version. We have written more extensively about it here.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? Do I get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by requesting support. We support 100% refund (money back guarantee) if you cancel in 30 days since your purchase.

I have PRO bundle and it still has six months in my subscription? Do I have to renew right away?

No. We have made sure the changes do not affect current customers who have already paid for their packages. But going forward when your subscription runs out, you will need to choose either between rtMedia Core (free version) or rtMedia Premium.

Do we need to remove rtMedia Core before installing rtMedia Premium?

No, rtMedia Premium extends the capabilities of rtMedia Core. So you will not need to remove the plugin before installing rtMedia Premium.
