Pre-requisites
For a hassle-free install of rtMedia, your WordPress website needs the latest version of WordPress, BuddyPress and/or bbPress installed.
rtMedia also relies on:
- PHP version 5.2.4 or later
- MySQL 5.0 or later
- Apache or NGINX web servers
rtMedia works on a shared hosting server, however, we recommend using either a VPS or a dedicated server. This is because at any given time, community websites might have a large number of logged-in users who might be uploading media simultaneously.
Will rtMedia work with my current setup?
