Enforce upload limits on your website by specifying how much each user can upload over the course of the day/month/year in terms of total bandwidth or number of media items. You can also set a site-wide hard upload limit for each type of media (audio/video/pictures).
Additionally, you can specify if users are allowed to create new albums, and the number of albums that they can create if allowed to do so.
Settings page
You can specify if users are allowed to create new albums, and the number of albums that they can create if allowed to do so. The settings page can be accessed under rtMedia Settings > BuddyPress
Enabling the Allow User to Create Albums
setting allows users to create their own albums. If this setting is disabled, users will only be able to use default albums.
You can also set the number of albums a user can create with the Limit Number of Albums Per User
setting. The default value is 0, which means that every user can create an unlimited number of albums.
Note that these settings do not take effect retroactively, meaning that albums created before installing this plugin will be unaffected by the above settings.
Error message
If a user exceeds any upload limit, the upload will fail and the user will be shown an error message. You can change the error message with our filters.
