Privacy Settings
Site admins can enable or disable site-wide privacy for all media uploads, activity posts & albums with the Enable privacy setting. When the enabled, access rights can be fine-tuned.
Users can set privacy for their own content if the Allow users to set privacy for their content is enabled. When posting, the default privacy level for all posts will be defined by the Default privacy setting.
If the Enable privacy setting is ON and the Allow users to set privacy for their content setting is OFF, then the site-wide privacy for all posts will be defined by the Default privacy setting.
For Groups and Forums, Group privacy settings will override the user’s settings.
