Which Payment Gateway does your store support?

Starting 1st of July 2017, all rtMedia transactions will be handled by the Stripe payment gateway.

Compared to our previous setup, you will notice that Stripe is incredibly easy to use.

Is your website store my credit/debit cards or any bank related information?

Absolutely not!

We do not store any card information or bank details in our database. Instead, we only store Transaction IDs and the email IDs associated with them.

We use as a payment gateway, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors. All card numbers are encrypted on their disk and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist.
