How to install and use the rtMedia WordPress Comment Attachments Add-on

Allow users to upload a media file in WordPress comment attachment box. It will display a thumbnail of attached file. Also allow non-logged in user to attach media in WordPress comment.
Users can be permitted to attach images, audio, video & documents via the Types tab under rtMedia admin settings.
